How the Lyka Refer-a-Friend program works
When you refer a friend to Lyka, and they successfully sign up using your referral:
- Your friend gets 50% off their first order and 30% off their second order
- You get 50% off your next order once they sign up
You can share your unique referral link from your Lyka account. Go to Account > Refer a Friend to find or customise your link.
How to apply a referral code
- Your friend clicks your referral link before creating their account
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout - they don't need to enter a code manually
- If they need to enter a code manually, they can type it into the Promo code field during checkout
What if my friend forgot to use the link / enter the code?
Unfortunately, referral discounts need to be tracked through your unique referral link (or code used at checkout). If your friend has already placed an order without using it, we cannot retroactively apply the referral discount.
My referral code isn't working - what should I check?
- Has your friend already created a Lyka account? Referral discounts only apply to first-time customers
- Did they click the link before signing up? The discount needs to be applied before the account is created
