How do I pause my plan?

You can pause your plan at any time - whether you’re heading away on holiday, need a little more time before committing, or plan to return later.

Pausing isn’t available via your Lyka account at the moment.

Simply submit a request or email us at info@lyka.com.au, and our Customer Care team will action this for you! We’ll confirm once your pause is set. 

When you’re ready to come back, you can easily reactivate your plan.

If you’re just looking to push back your next delivery, you can delay a delivery.
