Welcome back! To reactivate your plan, simply log into your Lyka account, head to your Dashboard tab and click reactivate or resume your deliveries.
Before your first order is processed, we recommend heading to My Plan to make sure all your details are still looking right - including your pup's recipes, portion size, and delivery frequency.
If you're unable to reactivate because there are no pups listed on your account, or run into any other trouble, please reach out to our customer care team and we'll get you sorted.
