You can update parts of your dog’s profile anytime through your online account:
- Head to Account → Pupper Profile 🐶
- If you have multiple dogs, use the dropdown to select the dog's profile you would like to update
- Click Edit profile & health details
- Make your changes and click Save
What you can update
You can update the following details yourself:
Weight
- Body shape
- Activity level
- Intolerances
- Health conditions
- Profile picture
What needs support
These details can’t be edited directly in your account. If you’d like to update any of the below, please reach out to our customer care team and we’ll take care of it for you:
- Name
- Age
- Breed
Please note that any changes to your pup's profile may affect their recommended daily serving size to better match their needs. If you’d like to chat through these changes or your dog’s recommendations, our team is always happy to help!
