You can update parts of your dog’s profile anytime through your online account:
- Head to Account → Pupper Profile 🐶
- If you have multiple dogs, use the dropdown to select the dog's profile you would like to update
- Click Edit profile & health details
- Make your changes and click Save
What you can update
You can update the following details yourself:
- Weight
- Body shape
- Activity level
- Intolerances
- Health conditions
- Profile picture
What needs support
Some details can’t be edited directly in your account - including your pup’s name, age, or breed. If you’d like to update these, get in touch and we’ll sort it for you.
Will this affect my pup’s serving size?
Changes to your pup’s profile may update their recommended daily serving size to better match their needs.
