We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving our pack. To cancel your pups’ meal plan, please log into your online account and follow the steps below:
- Head to "My Plan"
- Scroll down to “Your Plan” box at the bottom of the page and click "Edit Plan"
- Select "Cancel plan" to proceed with cancelling your pups’ plan
Once cancelled, no future orders will be processed. When cancelling, you’ll be asked to share feedback on why you’re leaving. We really appreciate you taking a moment to do this, as it helps us improve for you (and the rest of our pack).
Please note that any paid orders already scheduled will continue to be delivered as normal. Only unpaid orders at the time of cancellation will be stopped.
