We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving our pack. Cancelling a Lyka plan can be done at any time through the online account - no lock-in, no fees.
Just make sure to cancel before the next scheduled payment to stop the upcoming delivery.
Not sure which option is right?
There are three ways to manage a plan, depending on what's needed:
- Delay - push back a single delivery date (no impact on your subscription). You can do this yourself anytime.
- Pause - take a break for while keeping your plan active. Our team can help with this.
- Cancel - end your plan completely. No fees, no minimums.
If you’re just needing a breather, delaying or pausing might be a better fit.
How to cancel your plan
You can cancel your plan in a few quick steps:
- Go to My Plan
- Scroll to Your Plan and select Edit Plan
- Select Cancel plan and follow the prompts
When cancelling, you’ll have the option to share why you’re leaving. We really appreciate you taking a moment to do this - it helps us keep improving for you (and the rest of our pack).
Once cancelled, no future unpaid orders will be processed. Any orders that have already been paid for will still be delivered as planned.
