You'll receive a tracking link via SMS the day before your delivery is expected to arrive. This tracking link will show an estimated delivery time, including a 2-hour ETA window for the following day.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a notification so you can see when to expect your Lyka delivery.
The exact time of delivery depends on your courier’s route and schedule on the day, and your ETA may update as the route progresses. We recommend checking your tracking link on the day of delivery for the latest information.
- Overnight: 12am–7am
- Daytime: 8am–6pm
If you need to update your delivery window, you can do this anytime through your Lyka account.
