Change Your Address for All Future Deliveries
To update the address used for all unpaid upcoming orders, log in to your online account and follow these steps:
- Go to Account → My Profile
- Under Delivery, select Edit delivery details
- Enter and select your preferred delivery address
- Add any delivery instructions (optional)
- Click Save changes
Change the Address for a Single Upcoming Delivery
To update the delivery address for one specific upcoming order:
- Go to your Deliveries page
- Under Upcoming deliveries, select Change address
- Enter and select your preferred delivery address
- Add any delivery instructions (optional)
- Click Save
Please note:
- If the order has already been paid for, please contact our Customer Care team. We’ll check whether our cold courier partners can redirect it, but redirection is not always guaranteed.
- Changing your address to a different postcode may affect your delivery day and payment schedule.
