How do I change my delivery address?

Change Your Address for All Future Deliveries

To update the address used for all unpaid upcoming orders, log in to your online account and follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account → My Profile
  2. Under Delivery, select Edit delivery details
  3. Enter and select your preferred delivery address
  4. Add any delivery instructions (optional)
  5. Click Save changes

Change the Address for a Single Upcoming Delivery

To update the delivery address for one specific upcoming order:

  1. Go to your Deliveries page
  2. Under Upcoming deliveries, select Change address
  3. Enter and select your preferred delivery address
  4. Add any delivery instructions (optional)
  5. Click Save
Please note:
  • If the order has already been paid for, please contact our Customer Care team. We’ll check whether our cold courier partners can redirect it, but redirection is not always guaranteed
  • Changing your address to a different postcode may affect your delivery day and payment schedule.
