I received the wrong item or something is missing in my delivery

To help us resolve it as quickly as possible, please email or chat with our team:

  • Using your registered email address

  • A photo of what you received (including the box, if possible 📦)

  • A short description of what’s missing or incorrect

Once we have your details, we’ll review your order, check in with our fulfilment team if needed, and organise a replacement straight away.

We’ll always aim to resolve this promptly so your pup isn’t left waiting 🐾
