When your delivery arrives, place all pouches straight into the freezer. ❄️
To defrost, move the required pouches to the fridge the day before feeding. They’ll thaw overnight and be ready to serve the next day - with the best texture for your pup.
For a quicker option, place the sealed pouch in a bowl of hot water until defrosted. Please note: our Turkey meal contains fish gelatine, which can cause the food to appear runnier if heated quickly. This is completely normal and doesn’t affect quality.
Once defrosted, meals can be served straight from the fridge, or gently warmed in the microwave. Many of our pack members find warming the food enhances the aroma and helps tempt fussier eaters!
