We follow strict food safety standards and carefully monitor every step of your delivery to ensure your pup’s meals arrive fresh and safe.
All meals are prepared in our HACCP-certified, human-grade kitchens and are frozen to -22°C before being transferred to our cold courier network, where they are stored at -18°C until ready for dispatch.
During the final stage of delivery to your door, meals are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles and kept between 0-2°C.
Because of this controlled cold-chain, your pups meals should be safe to serve or refreeze once, as long as still cold to the touch on arrival!
