Lifestyle changes, such as changes in their exercise routine, can affect how much your pup needs to eat. Even if your pup hasn’t had any major changes but you think their serving size isn’t quite right, you have the ability to update this via your online account or reach out us and we can help you with it!
To update your pup's daily serving size, log into your online account and follow these steps:
- Go to “My Plan” and select Edit serving size
- Choose your new serving size, then click Next
- Review your updated plan - you'll see the new daily cost here
- If you're happy with the changes, click Save
While you can adjust the daily serving size beyond our recommendation, we strongly suggest keeping your pup's information - like weight and activity level - up to date. To get an updated recommendation based on changes to your pup's profile, follow these steps instead:
- Head to Account > Pupper profile > Edit Profile
- Update their weight, body shape, and activity level > Click Save
- A recommendation will appear that you can either accept or cancel
