Adding an additional pup to your plan
To add another pup to your plan, just follow these simple steps:
- Log into your account on our website
- Head to the "Account" tab at the top of the page, then go to "Pupper Profile"
- Under "It's all about [your dog's name]", click the drop-down arrow
- Select "+ Add a pupper"
- Fill in your pup’s details and confirm your new plan
Once you’ve added your pup, we’ll be all set to provide their meals too! 🐾💚
Removing a dog from your plan
This change isn’t available via your online account at the moment, so please reach out to us by submitting a request or emailing us at info@lyka.com.au and we’ll take care of it for you.
If you’re on a multi-dog plan, removing one pup will automatically update the remaining dog’s plan.
