How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Pausing your plan

You can pause your plan at any time - whether you’re heading away on holiday, need a little more time before committing, or plan to return later.

Pausing isn’t available via your Lyka account at the moment.

Simply submit a request or email us at info@lyka.com.au, and our Customer Care team will action this for you!

Cancelling your plan

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving our pack. To cancel your pups’ meal plan, please log into your online account and follow the steps below:

  1. Head to "My Plan".
  2. Scroll down to “Your Plan” box at the bottom of the page and click "Edit Plan".
  3. Select "Cancel plan" to proceed with cancelling your pups’ plan.

Once cancelled, no future orders will be processed. When cancelling, you’ll be asked to share feedback on why you’re leaving. We really appreciate you taking a moment to do this as it helps us improve for you (and the rest of our pack).

If you ever want to give Lyka another go in the future, you can easily reactivate through your account or reach out to us at anytime! 💚
