What if I am away on holidays?

If you need to change your scheduled delivery date, you can update this via your online account by heading to Deliveries tab and delay your next delivery.

If you need to pause your plan instead, simply reach out to us via this contact form and we'll get back to you with confirmation. When you return and are ready to resume your regular deliveries, just log into your account and click the popup notification to unpause and activate your plan.

You can even take some Lyka on the go in the original insulation you received with your delivery if your dog is travelling with you! Happy Travels! 😄
